  • Promotions such as “1 GIG for the price of 300M” are limited-time and location dependent.
  • Internet Air (wireless home internet) performance varies by signal strength and local network traffic.

Terms, speeds, and promotional pricing are set by AT&T and may change.

5) Wireless, Phones & Trade-Ins

  • Device offers often require eligible unlimited plans and installment agreements.
  • Trade-in credits depend on device model, condition, and assessed value.
  • Upgrade programs (e.g., Next Up) may require minimum payments and specific plan types.

All wireless promotions are subject to AT&T eligibility, credit, and plan rules.

6) Pricing, Taxes & Fees

  • Quoted prices typically exclude taxes, surcharges, installation, and equipment charges.
  • Bill credits may take multiple billing cycles to appear and can be reversed if requirements are not met.
  • Final pricing is confirmed by AT&T after order validation.

7) Ordering, Installation & Support

  • Orders are fulfilled through AT&T systems. Activation timing depends on address and appointment availability.
  • Self-install eligibility varies by service type and equipment availability.
  • We can help schedule installs, explain billing, and coordinate support; final service delivery is handled by AT&T.

8) Lead Capture, Contact & Consent

By submitting forms, calling, or chatting with us, you consent to being contacted by HomeTech Services via phone, email, SMS, or WhatsApp regarding AT&T offers. Message/data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time.

9) AI Chatbot & Advice

The on-site AI chatbot provides informational guidance based on our HomeTech knowledge base. It does not finalize orders or pricing. Always confirm eligibility, terms, and costs with a HomeTech specialist before ordering.

10) Privacy
